In addition to exquisitely crafted inlaid tailored graphics using CNC water jet technology, we use a proprietary thermo-bonding process to fuse each piece together. Each graphic element is molecularly welded to a highly-durable polyester non-woven liner for longer life. Besides adding outstanding structural stability, thermo-bonding gives Infinity Mats a plush cushion underfoot. Many don't know that Coir holds bacteria, mold and mildew which transfers by shoes and feet right into your home. But Infinity Mats are anti-bacterial, lighter weight, lower-profile (eliminating trip hazards & interference with door sweeps) and they don't swell with water like ordinary coco mats. Not only do we make each one to your specifications-name, monogram, pets or symbols but if you want a custom design or size you don't see here, chat or email and tell us what you want-we haven't run into anything we can't make yet. The black and natural are our primary colors but if you want to add a different color let us know as we do have other colors we can integrate into our mats.
Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization from GoBrandDirect.com's Customer Service Department. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date and items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Custom ordered merchandise cannot be returned unless an error was made on the part of GoBrandDirect.com in the fulfillment of your order. Items that are discontinued or marked as Final Sale cannot be accepted for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return postage. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned standard products.

Complete the RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION portion of your shipping order receipt and return both the product and form to the address below:

*We recommend using a shipping service that offers a method to track your package, such as FedEx or UPS. Please take care in re-packaging your return to prevent any damage on the return trip.
Step 3 – Refunds
When the returned item has been received and confirmed as free of wear, damage or alteration, the refund process will be initiated. GoBrandDirect.com will issue a refund of the original cost of merchandise less the restocking and shipping fee in the same method the item was purchased.
